1. Booking Process

You can book our services through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment or confirmation message from our team.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cab Service Cancellation

The following cancellation charges apply to cab service bookings:

  • More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours before departure: 25% cancellation fee
  • 12-24 hours before departure: 50% cancellation fee
  • Less than 12 hours before departure: 75% cancellation fee
  • No-show: No refund

1. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for booking. The refund timeline may vary depending on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds are eligible in the following scenarios:

  • Cancellation as per the cancellation policy
  • Service not provided due to unavailability of vehicles or drivers
  • Major deviation from the agreed service quality
  • Cancellation by CT-Travel due to unforeseen circumstances

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Booking fees and administrative charges
  • Costs incurred for no-show situations
  • Any third-party charges already paid (certain entrance fees, permits, etc.)

Customer Responsibilities

1. Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for carrying valid identification documents for themselves and all accompanying travelers, especially when traveling between states or to restricted areas.

2. Punctuality

Customers are expected to be ready at the designated pickup location at the agreed time. A waiting period of 15-30 minutes (depending on the service) is provided, after which waiting charges may apply.

3. Vehicle Care

Customers are expected to treat the vehicle with care. The following are prohibited:

  • Smoking inside the vehicle
  • Consumption of alcoholic beverages
  • Damaging or dirtying the vehicle interiors

Customers may be liable for additional cleaning or repair charges if vehicles are returned in an unsatisfactory condition.

4. Conduct

Customers are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards drivers and service staff. CT-Travel reserves the right to terminate services in cases of abusive or threatening behavior, without refund.

5. Luggage

Customers should inform us in advance about excess luggage to ensure appropriate vehicle allocation. Standard luggage allowances apply based on the vehicle type.
